8 Week challenge
Once a quarter you have the opportunity to work with Jennifer in a group challenge setting. You will receive 8 weeks of workouts, at home and gym options, either a basic or custom meal guidance, accountability, support, and text support for an upgrade.
These challenges focus on creating the habits for a maintainable lifestyle while reaching your desired goals. No crazy restrictions, no spending hours upon hours in the gym. Just a balanced approach to food and exercise so you are able to reach your goals AND enjoy those precious moments with friends and family! |
Mindset Coaching
Are you struggling to put it all together? Find the correct approach for your mind and body? Something that works just for you? The mindset coaching tackles what is holding you back from reaching your health goals. We dive deep into the behaviors that are preventing you from reaching your goals. The triggers and mental blocks you have around food and exercise. This is more than surface level; we need to conquor your mind to be able to find your happy and healthy life!
MINDFUL EATING

I have struggled with food my entire life. From being addicted to McDonald’s to competitive body building eating chicken, fish and veggies, I have tried every diet in the industry. Nothing sticks because it isn’t maintainable for life. I either gain weight, am restricted causing massive binges, or I just don’t eat at all. Until NOW!
